This wine exhibits the classic aroma and flavour of Pinot Noir. The aroma is reminiscent of pepper and spice and the palate is soft, rich and supple, and reveals the “bone” structure that one finds only in good vintages. Whilst suitable for immediate drinking this wine will be at its best with a further three years cellaring. An ideal accompaniment to veal and white meat dishes. Serve at room temperature. Ideal cellaring temperature is 14-16°C.
